To Stand with You
I bloomed not for the world to see,
But for the soul who waits for me.
Through storm and fire,
in bloom or bare,
Your presence is the only air.
Let others chase the morning’s gleam,
I linger still within your dream.
Not for the fame, nor fleeting hue,
I stand in soil beside you true.
Though colors fade and seasons fly,
With you, I root, and never die.
